Job Description

**Main Responsibilities**

+ Develop & manage optimized navigation, product categorization & site creative in partnership with the brand and marketing teams.
+ Conduct new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
+ Builds and execute on promotional eMerchandising calendar
+ Analyzes data to understand customer shopping behaviours/trends, and identify digital customer engagement opportunities
+ Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to improve chat support metrics and ratings and reviews

+ Conceptualize category/brand campaign themes, creative content and develop ideas on how to promote awareness, drive traffic and demand on our brands and products online.
