  • Customer Inquiry Management: Handle customer inquiries across eCommerce and social platforms in a timely, on-brand manner.
  • Case Triage & Routing: Assess and route customer issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Internal Traffic Coordination: Act as the central coordinator between support, fulfillment, stores, and logistics.
  • Order & Fulfillment Validation: Verify order status, inventory, and pre-packing documentation with fulfillment teams.
