My client is a part of a group that offers a range of services, including ecological consultancy. They were established over 40 years ago and have provided services to their clients nationally ever since. They work on a range of large-scale infrastructure projects as well as conservation and others.

Your new role

We are looking for an Ecologist to support environmental and ecological works on a major UK infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced field ecologist to work within a dynamic project team, carrying out a range of ecological surveys, site inspections, and environmentalpliance activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

Conducting protected species and habitat surveys

Supporting ecological site monitoring and inspections

Providing ecological advice to site teams and contractors

Assisting with Environmental Clerk of Works (ECoW) duties where required
