ECM M&A Analyst

Overview

We are looking for an ECM Analyst II based out of Madrid. The role is central to origination and execution of equity and equity‑linked transactions, acting as a critical link between clients, internal teams and external advisors. You will be actively involved in IPOs, rights issues, accelerated bookbuilds (ABBs), block trades, convertible bonds and public takeover advisory mandates.

Transaction Execution Leadership

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of equity and equity‑linked transactions.
• Take ownership of specific workstreams, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Coordinate drafting sessions (prospectus, offering circulars, investor presentations, announcements).
• Manage transaction timetables and ensure alignment across legal, auditors, client management and internal teams.
