ECM Administrator (Documentum & Alfresco)

1. Role Summary

The ECM Administrator will support the ECM Systems Study for SEI, working alongside senior

assessors and architects to perform environment discovery, documentation, and technical

baselining of SEI's Documentum and Alfresco ecosystems.

This role requires strong handson administrative knowledge of both platforms, the ability to

collect and validate system information, analyze configuration and operational data, and

contribute to asis mapping, gap identification, and migration/consolidation readiness

assessment.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Support the ECM System Study (Primary Responsibility)

 Assist in the technical discovery of SEI's Documentum and Alfresco environments.

 Conduct environment walkthroughs, gather system details, and validate configurations.

 Collect data for architecture mapping, including servers, repositories, indexes,
