Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, you'll lead the coordination of Electrical Hardware Design and ensure all project goals are met within budget and schedule constraints. Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate action on major hardware design challenges
• Review and approve all project designs
• Develop and coordinate project designs and teams
• Mentor and coach department staff on design best practices
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely deliveries
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years experience in custom automation
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and EPLAN
