EC&I Supervisor

Overview

The Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive EC&I Supervisor to oversee assembly, testing and installation of electrical, instrument and controls equipment and components on a new build EFW power station in Glasgow. Responsibilities will involve leading a production team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing workflow to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Production Supervision: Lead and coordinate the daily activities of assemblers and technicians to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Technical Leadership: Assemble, inspect, and test electrical and electronic components (e.g., control panels, motors, transformers, circuit boards) based on technical drawings and blueprints.
• Quality Control & Safety: Enforce safety regulations and quality standards, performing in-process checks and inspecting final products to ensure compliance with specifications.
