**Job Title: School Aide**
**Job Summary**
The School Aide supports students who need instructional and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education team, classroom teacher, or designated staff member. This role may also include providing support with personal care, physical mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by qualified healthcare or educational professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assist students with instructional activities and classroom tasks
+ Provide behavioral support in alignment with student care plans
+ Support students with personal care needs, including mobility assistance when required
+ Follow guidance from teachers, special education staff, and other supervising personnel
+ Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
+ Collaborate with educators and staff to support student success
