Job Description


This position supports the closure, remediation, and long‐term management of former and retiring coal‐fired power plant sites. The work focuses on coal ash, contaminated soils, and associated civil/environmental issues to bring facilities into a safe, compliant, long‐term final state aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will join an expanding project team working on a ‐year+ portfolio of remediation, demolition, and reconstruction projects linked to the broader transition from coal to cleaner energy sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, and execution of closure and remediation projects for legacy power plant sites.
  • Participate across the full project lifecycle:
  • Planning and scoping
  • Procurement support
  • Execution oversight
  • Field inspections and site visits
  • Coordinate closely with:
