Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Maintenance & Operations:
- Responsible for maintenance of EBM machines such as Bekum, Kautex, Jomar, Magic, Meccanoplastica, or equivalent.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of EBM machines and related auxiliaries.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC-related issues.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed breakdown reports and maintenance logs.
Utilities & Auxiliary Equipment:
- Maintain auxiliary equipment including air compressors, chillers, dryers, molds, temperature controllers, and material handling systems.
- Coordinate with utility teams to ensure uninterrupted power, air, and water supply.
- Support smooth mold changeovers and machine setting optimization.
