Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quotations of mechanical seals and supply systems for project and dry gas seal (DGS) businesses and providing technical support to relevant sales personnel.
  • Carry out daily tasks in accordance with company procedures.
  • Provide technical training to customers or sales team, attend technical clarification meeting based on demands.
  • Cooperation with Headquarters in Germany in terms of technical and commercial issues.
  • Internal coordination with other departments within the company (incl. Dalian factory).
  • Prepare DGS documentation based on customers’ requirements, e.g. combination of technical documents such as drawing, test report & operating manual.
  • Clean Order package & technical clarification for orders entry.
