Earthworks Assistant — Tamping & Drilling Support (Finnish)

Arsenaali Oy in Mäntsälä is seeking an earthworks assistant to support tamping, undercut drilling, and other earthworks tasks on site. The role starts no later than early July, with a hands-on position in our active construction project.

Ideal candidates have Finnish language skills, a valid occupational safety card, and some experience in construction or earthworks. The job offers a practical, on-site role with opportunities to learn specialised tasks and advance within the team.
