PWS Inc. is actively recruiting experienced candidates for two key field positions working on projects throughout North Dakota. We are seeking an Earthwork Foreman with strong site leadership and technical layout skills, and an experienced Equipment Mechanic skilled in diesel diagnosis and repair. Both roles require travel and are union positions; non-union applicants will be supported through the local union enrollment process.

Earthwork Foreman – Role Overview

As an Earthwork Foreman you will supervise excavation, grading and site-preparation crews across various civil and heavy construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of relevant foreman experience and be comfortable using today's technology to deliver accurate, efficient results.
