Full-Time Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 3) – Southampton

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming early year setting in Southampton, starting September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children's learning and development during their early years.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or school-based early years setting.
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Experience supporting children in the Early Years age range.
• A caring, patient and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and development.
