Job Description
We're looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in BS11.
This is a full-time role supporting children in Reception, helping them develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning during their first years of school.
The role
- Supporting children in the EYFS classroom
- Delivering small group and one-to-one interventions
- Encouraging learning through play and structured activities
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team
Requirements
- Experience working with children is desirable, whether in a school, nursery, childcare setting, or similar environment
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service
- Ability to provide references covering the last two years
