Hours: 40 hours per week (4 days a week)
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent

Role Purpose

The Early Years Practitioner at Weston Super Mare, is responsible for delivering high‑quality early education and care for children aged 0–5, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Working as part of the room team and under the guidance of the Room Manager, Deputy Nursery Manager and Nursery Manager, the practitioner supports children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
