  • Hold Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to curate engaging, play‑based activities that inspire creativity.
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion, responding to children’s emotional and developmental needs.
  • Commit to the safety and well‑being of children and adherence to safeguarding procedures.
