Job Description

The Early Years Coordinator is responsible for planning, promoting, and delivering Early Years programming for families with children aged 0–6. This includes facilitating group activities, providing parenting and child development resources, and ensuring programs reflect Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles. The Coordinator oversees the Early Years Activity Worker and program volunteers, ensures safe and welcoming spaces, and collaborates with schools, community groups, and other stakeholders.

Location based in Keremeos, BC
(serving surrounding communities, including Cawston, Hedley & Olalla)
Pay $ per hour, plus 5% in lieu of statutory holiday pay (Grid 31, Step 2, UFCW)
Hours 15 hours per week
Duration One year term, expected start March 1, 2026 and end March 31, 2027
