Early Help Co-Ordinator

Are you passionate about children and young people in Middlesbrough? Do you want to make a difference in children and young people’s lives by ensuring they receive the right support, at the right time?

If so, then we have an exciting opportunity to work within Middlesbrough Multi-Agency Children’s Hub representing Early Help within Children’s Services. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic multi-agency team assessing contacts and Early Help referrals regarding children aged 0 – 18 years.

The team is co-located with other partners including Cleveland Police, Harrogate District Foundation Trust, Social Care, Education and Housing, alongside a range of other key stakeholders.

The role is rewarding and requires you to take responsibility got screening Early Help referrals using the Threshold of Need, discussing referrals with colleagues, partner agencies and families to be able to offer the right service to prevent escalation to special...
