The Early Childhood Educator plays a vital role in nurturing the development of young children in the Caring Nest program. Reporting to the Caring Nest Team Lead, this role provides a safe, stimulating, and culturally grounded learning environment that supports holistic child development. The educator develops and implements age‑appropriate curriculum, engages families, mentors ECE helpers, and contributes to program excellence through planning, documentation, and continuous improvement. Consistent with Eagle Heart Centre’s mission, this role emphasizes cultural safety, trauma‑informed practice, and Indigenous worldviews in all aspects of program delivery.
