Early Childhood Educator Chase

Reporting to: Education Director
Status: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Sk’astin Child Care Centre, Chase, BC
Salary: $31/hour (inclusive of the government wage enhancement)

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Educator (ECE) is responsible for supporting the developmental needs and daily care of children enrolled at the Neskonlith Child Care Centre. Working under the general direction of the Education Director and Daycare Manager, the ECE helps implement a culturally rooted, play-based program in alignment with licensing standards and the centre’s philosophy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow all Neskonlith Indian Band policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Room Lead to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
