About the role

The desired Early Career Supply Teacher (ECT) will be working in our client secondary schools from September 2026, we have various roles available ranging from day to day supply cover to longer term contracts.

The Early Career Supply Teacher (ECT) will be responsible for delivering their subject across Key Stage 3 and 4 to mixed ability classes. We are looking for an Early Career Supply Teacher who is passionate and determined with high expectations of behaviour and attainment.

This is a great opportunity to work and gain experience in a range of secondary schools which could lead to long term or permanent work. This is also a great opportunity to work towards signing off part or all of your induction.
