  • Expert Consultation: Provide professional consultation to callers regarding personal and workplace concerns.
  • Crisis Intervention: Assess and intervene appropriately in crisis situations for both individual clients and client organizations.
  • Multi-channel Support: Deliver immediate and scheduled clinical and coaching support services via telephone, live chat, and video conferencing.
  • Service Facilitation: Facilitate referrals to appropriate EAP services, community resources, and medical services as needed.
  • Documentation: Complete clinical and administrative documentation clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner.
  • Case Management: Manage an assigned caseload to ensure successful resolution for all clients.
