About the Role

Social Worker, Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Psychoeducator or Sexologist – EAP Counsellor (Boisbriand, QC, Permanent, Full‑Time or Part‑Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide short‑term counselling to a diverse client base when they need support most.
• Develop your clinical skills while working with a varied and stimulating client base.
• Adapt interventions to fit your personal style and deliver brief, solution‑focused care.
• Manage administrative requirements efficiently using clinical templates and technology tools.
• Participate in team meetings and peer groups with open discussions to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field.
• Registered member in good standing with OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPPQ or OPSQ.
• At least five years of clinical experience.
