Located in the vibrant Tri-Cities area of British Columbia, Eagle Ridge Hospital is expanding its Emergency Department and requires a Registered Nurse. In this role, you'll assess and care for patients, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate families about health and recovery. Your nursing expertise will help improve emergency care services for the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and nursing diagnoses
• Develop and adapt care plans in conjunction with families
• Delegate and coordinate tasks with nursing support staff
• Educate patients on health issues and self-care strategies
• Keep detailed records of assessment and interventions
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BCCNM and nursing school graduation
