Roles:

• Schedule and manage the MD's appointments, meetings and travel arrangements, to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Act as the first point of contact-screen phones, emails and visitors, and pass on only urgent or essential matters to leadership.

• Coordinate shipment or return of jewellery samples, liaising with suppliers and certification labs discreetly, especially ahead of client views or production deliveries.

• Prepare briefs and documents for meetings-client quotes, design overviews, showroom or exhibition notes-for the MD's review.

• Draft follow‑up correspondence, thank‑you notes or order confirmations to clients, suppliers or labs, then file them efficiently.
