Working in a small team within an ASX listed mining business. The role will be 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday in Office in Subiaco.
Job Description
- Provide day-to-day support to senior executives, including calendar coordination and essential meeting arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format professional documents in Microsoft Word.
- Maintain general office organisation, including kitchen supplies, mailboxes, dishes, bins, and basic facilities checks.
- Coordinate travel bookings and ensure accuracy and adherence to preferences and company guidelines.
- Use the Pronto accounts system to raise purchase requests (PRs), complete credit card reconciliations, and prepare expense reports.
- Maintain accurate electronic filing and records management.
