Job Description

Liebherr Australia is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager – Customer Support East. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. This fixed-term position, covering parental leave for approximately 14 months, can be based at either the Mackay or Mt Thorley branch.

  • Calendar, inbox and diary management for the GM. Meeting management, including coordinating meetings, agendas, room bookings.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including travel coordination, expense claims, purchase orders, and general correspondence for external and internal stakeholders
