Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Technical implementation of e-learnings based on didactic storyboards

  • Development and design of interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline / Rise

  • Creation and editing of learning videos (cutting, audio, effects)

  • Graphic design and image editing using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)

  • Ensuring responsive and accessible design

  • Upload, maintenance, and technical administration of learning content in the company’s LMS

  • Coordination with the project team in Graz, subject matter experts from the business, and internal stakeholders

  • Support in testing (SCORM/xAPI compliance, usability, functional tests)

  • Analysis of LMS data to optimize learning content and usage
