E+IC Engineer – 6-18 month contract – Singapore

Location: Singapore


Contract: 6 Month Contract for design phase followed by a 12 month contract for construction phase


Project: Brownfield project upgrading a chemical manufacturing plant.

Roles and responsibilities


Design:

  • To be responsible for the complete Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering of the project, from budget estimation through design phases

  • To ensure that all Electrical and Instrumentation designs are appropriate to the process, the utilities and the production building, including: Power distribution and availability;
    Application of local electric standards, consistent with site standards and preferred suppliers
    Energy efficiency features, reducing maintenance cost
    Area classification for flammable hazard area, risk analysis
    Consistent interfacing with automation
