We're Hiring: Growth Specialist – E-commerce & Quick Commerce

At Beanly, we're building an online-first coffee FMCG brand focused on smart distribution, strong unit economics, and scalable growth.

We're looking for a Growth Manager to own and accelerate performance across Quick Commerce, Marketplaces, and D2C.

What you'll own

  • Growth across Quick Commerce, E-commerce & D2C — revenue, visibility, conversion & contribution margin
  • Channel performance tracking: GMV, ROAS, CAC, repeat, availability & margins
  • Day-to-day platform execution — pricing, promos, catalog hygiene & availability
  • Growth experiments across offers, bundles, creatives & pricing
  • Cross-functional execution with Marketing, Ops & Supply Chain
  • Consistent brand experience across all digital shelves
