Job Description
We are a growing fashion and apparel e-commerce brand seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to support daily customer support and basic Shopify operations.
This is a short-term engagement to help our team manage increased support volume following a recent sales push. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working across email, chat, and helpdesk tools.
Key Tasks:
-Respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries
-Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds
-Update and manage support tickets in our helpdesk system
-Perform basic Shopify order checks
-Maintain clear and professional communication
Requirements:
-Experience in e-commerce customer support or VA roles
-Familiarity with Shopify
-Experience with modern helpdesk or CRM platforms preferred
-Strong written English
-Reliable internet and availability
Scope:
Short-term fixed project ($50, approx. 8–12 hours) to help reduce current support backlog.
