E-commerce Support Specialist (Remote Pakistan)

We’re looking for an organized E-commerce Support Specialist to assist international clients with product updates, order management, customer messaging, and day-to-day store operations on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update products, descriptions, and images in Shopify/WooCommerce
  • Manage orders, returns, and basic customer inquiries
  • Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment teams
  • Upload listings or variations on Amazon or other marketplaces
  • Prepare simple reports and store performance summaries

Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central
  • Confident using Google Workspace and collaboration tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • communicate clearly and professionally
