We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help merchants get the most out of their Shopify stores. The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, customize themes and work closely with our product and engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Troubleshoot technical issues on Shopify storefronts

  • Customize Shopify themes (Liquid) for various integrations

  • Communicate with clients via email and calls

  • Create scripts for features like Reviews, Loyalty, and Wishlist

  • Debug client-side issues using browser developer tools

  • Collaborate with developers on complex cases
