Job Description

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • 3–5+ years of e-commerce operations experience in Malaysia, with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on TikTok Shop experience.
  • Deep expertise in TikTok Shop backend, platform rules, algorithm logic, and ecosystem mechanics.
  • Proven ownership of at least two TikTok core modules with demonstrated, measurable GMV results and growth trajectory.
  • Experience independently managing or co‑leading a TikTok brand account, including strategy planning and performance ownership.
  • Strong data analytics capability — comfortable translating GMV, CTR, CVR, and ROI data into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards or BI tools is an advantage.
