JOB SUMMARY
The E-commerce Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding e-commerce sales channels, acquiring new clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires strong sales expertise combined with logistics knowledge to ensure efficient order fulfilment, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Sales Growth & Business Development
Identify, target, and acquire new clients through lead generation, cold calls, field visits, referrals, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring consistent client engagement and retention.
Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client needs and business goals.
Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.
