RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify user needs in collaboration with local teams and the UX Manager, conduct user studies, and produce data-driven analyses. Support the Business Owners in creating User Stories and adopt a consumer-centric strategy. Prioritize projects and improvements to achieve e-commerce objectives. Work with the Technical Leader to define project specifications and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and development quality. Oversee testing and coordinate with the QA Manager and the business owners. Support the Head of E-Commerce in animating the international network, share the roadmap and project progress, and facilitate regular exchanges and best-practice sharing with other brands in the group.
