Job Description
Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, the E-Commerce Performance Marketing & SEO Manager is responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic to the site and bring sales and revenue for the Guess e-commerce website. He/she will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and online visibility through paid and organic digital channels.
Another task will be the supervision of the entire Performance Marketing team and all activities performed by it.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Programmatic/display networks
- Affiliate marketing
- Manage media budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance.
