Role Overview

Convergent is looking for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy intern to support day-to-day e-commerce operations across a portfolio of ~27 brands on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. Over 6 months, you'll keep our storefronts accurate and campaigns live, handle escalated customer enquiries and disputes, and bring energy and creativity to our TikTok content and live commerce efforts.

Key Responsibilities Platform Operations
  • Upload and maintain product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify using provided assets (copy, titles, images)
  • Set up promotional campaigns, discount mechanics, and activation timelines on each platform
  • Upload promotional banners and link them to the correct categories and storefronts
  • Conduct regular listing audits to ensure pricing accuracy, stock visibility, and correct categorisation
