E-commerce Operations Staff

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations Management

• Monitor and follow up on pending and unpaid orders with warehouse and customer service teams.
• Check and update boosted products regularly.
• Monitor chat response rate and coordinate with customer service to maintain high responsiveness.
• Identify and correct poor-quality or suspended SKUs daily.
• Upload and organize necessary documents in the shared drive.

2. Product Listing Management

• Upload new SKUs before stock arrival or as scheduled.
• Update and maintain accurate profit lists.
• Coordinate with purchasing for new product information and invoices.
• Gather product images and specifications from suppliers or conduct research when necessary.
• Coordinate with photography team for product shoots when required.
• Ensure accurate dimensions, weight, complete descriptions, SEO-optimized titles, and correct pricing.
