E-Commerce Operations Specialist

As a Online Store Handler , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing RTPE’s online store operations. Your main role is to ensure timely processing of orders, accurate listings, product uploads, promotional participation, customer inquiry handling, and adherence to marketplace policies. You will serve as the main point of contact for related transactions and ensure high customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s eCommerce sales targets.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience handling Shopee/Lazada, Tikgtok store operations or online selling.
• Familiarity with Shopee Seller Center, logistics tools, and promotional features is a must.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Knowledge of Shopee campaign tools, shipping settings, and platform penalties
