Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced E-commerce & Social Media Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order processing, customer communication, and content creation for our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience running or working with an e-commerce brand and understands both operations and social media execution
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Operations
Monitor Shopify dashboard for incoming orders.
Share order details with the operations/dispatch team.
Contact customers to confirm orders (COD & prepaid).
Ensure orders are processed, packed, and dispatched correctly.
Customer Communication
Respond promptly to Instagram DMs and WhatsApp inquiries.
Answer customer questions related to our products
Follow up with customers for order confirmation and delivery issues.
Record content using a mobile phone (product-focused, clean visuals).
