Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end order processing, packaging, and system updates for e-commerce orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and manage all orders on Shopify.
  • Generate and print shipping labels and invoices.
  • Assist in completing order packaging as per SOPs.
  • Coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
  • Maintain accuracy in order status, dispatch updates, and records.
  • Ensure timely processing and dispatch of daily orders.

Skills & Requirements

  • Basic to good knowledge of Shopify / order management systems.
  • Comfortable using computers, printers, and basic tech tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations/warehouse preferred.
