Job Summary


We are hiring an E-Commerce Operations Executive to support daily luxury bag operations including bag receiving, product photography, website listing, and packing & fulfilment. Training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive bags from consigners/sellers/buyers and manage intake records
  • Take detailed product photos (BAC) for website listing
  • Upload product listings to Shopify with accurate information
  • Take product photos for social media selling (IG / WhatsApp / Telegram, etc.)
  • Pack sold items and prepare orders for delivery / pickup
  • Maintain an organised workstation and handle luxury items with care
