E-Commerce Operation Manager

Please note that the joint venture company will manage all interviews and make the final hiring decision.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Planning & Execution: Develop annual sales plans (internal & Joint Business), monitor core category revenue (excl. VAT), and manage slow-moving product portfolios.- Marketing Planning & Execution: Build annual marketing plans, track marketing spend across channels, and ensure net profit margin targets are met.- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team of 3–5 members; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster team growth.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Accounting and R&D internally; negotiate and partner with e-commerce platforms externally to expand market share.- Data & Reporting: Analyze operational and sales data, and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports for management and the Board.Requirements:- F...
