E-Commerce Officer

Global Dollarstore is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Officer to bridge the gap between our physical retail excellence and our growing digital presence. You will be responsible for driving sales through online marketplaces and providing world-class chat support to our digital community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management: Maintain and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Business Suite.
• Sales Conversion: Actively engage with online customers to answer inquiries, handle objections, and close sales via chat.
• Content Writing: Craft clear, persuasive product descriptions and marketing copy to improve search rankings and customer interest.
• Order Coordination: Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with branch staff (Greenhills/Market Market) to ensure 100% fulfillment accuracy.
