Job Description

As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be the driving force behind the ecommerce platforms of the company, from executing strategic social commerce plans and optimizing our website to overseeing CRM and coordinating with third party platforms including Shopee and Lazada; leading teams to increase conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness.

Responsible:

  • Plan, develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Determine market-based trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to refine the e-commerce strategy.
  • Manage and monitor product listings, descriptions, and pricing to ensure up-to-date information, on both e-commerce platforms and brand websites.
