E- commerce manager

We are looking for a hands-on Amazon Marketplace Manager to independently own and scale

LeCalla’s Amazon business across North America (USA) and Europe (UK & EU).

This role is strictly Amazon-first, export-oriented, and performance-driven.

The candidate will be responsible for revenue growth, advertising efficiency, listing excellence, and

marketplace compliance across international Amazon accounts.

This is not a generic e-commerce role and not a DTC or social-first role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon Marketplace Ownership

Own end-to-end Amazon operations for:

Amazon (USA)

Amazon.co.uk

Amazon EU marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, etc.)

Drive sustained revenue growth across all active marketplaces and meet targets.

Ensure strict compliance with Amazon policies, category guidelines, and regional regulations.
