Job Description
As the Ecommerce Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals and the distinct positioning of each brand
- Leading and managing the e-commerce team (3 people)
- Monitoring and improving e-commerce performance metrics while driving data- driven decisions to optimize sales and customer retention
- Collaborating with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective campaign execution, promotional planning, and inventory management
- Enhancing user experience (UX/UI) and customer engagement through tailored strategies
- Managing SEO/SEM campaigns, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and customer feedback mechanisms
