E-Commerce Manager (Operations/Fulfillment)

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized E-Commerce Manager - Operations/Fulfillment to manage end‑to‑end warehouse activities for our e‑commerce business. This role ensures accurate inventory, fast and error‑free order fulfillment, and smooth coordination across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Warehouse & Inventory Leadership

• Oversee full warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock records through daily BAU, cycle counts, and audits.
• Enforce warehouse guidelines, SOPs, and process compliance.
• Improve fulfillment strategies and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing needs, hiring, and personnel movement.
• Supervise daily picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure quality standards, order accuracy, and SLA‑compliant fulfillment timelines.
